Well not really... The fancy one is a kind of art many artisans from Zarcero area paint... (Google/DDG "carreta típica Zarcero") nowadays are for display or decoration 🎨🎭 purposes in restaurants that serve typical dishes etc. 🍲

And the other picture as you see it's the still used (very rarely) the animal power 🐂 for carrying stuff or for soil preparation for planting potatoes, carrots etc 🥕🌽 🥔

There's a festival where they do display their oxcarts, in Zarcero. Don't know when however 😐
