i quit weed but i replaced it with cigarettes :((((( can somebody help me and give me tips on quitting cigs now 😭😭😭

I did not see this til after gave you some advice earlier.
But cigarettes 🚬 are WAY WORSE for health & body than weed so look for a healthier vice!
