JPEGooors are taking credit for the fee market, but it is really BRC-20 inscriptions. And there aren't any heuristics that allow fair filtering of BRC-20's since most of then are just a tiny little blob of json. They are mintng worthless pump and dump tokens and can keep paying high fees to mint more as long as people keep buying them in hopes of getting rich quick.
