Venerable Daniel the Hermit, guide of #Saint Stephen the Great, dwelled in a cave for years, unseen. When Stephen, defeated in battle, sought his counsel, Daniel urged him not to despair, but to fight again for his land and people, promising victory through faith. Stephen, heeding this divine encouragement, triumphed and built Putna Monastery as gratitude. May Daniel intercede for us, that we too find strength in #Faith and courage in adversity.
