We need a law that says any proposed law that violates human rights will result in confiscation of all assets of those involved in bringing it forward and instantly bans them from any current and future public office positions.

That’ll make them think twice!

Get rid of the groups of people who can even propose such stuff. Move towards a private law society. There should be no "public office" (unless you move to some community that has that and you agreed to it by contract). It has been said "No man's life, liberty, or property are safe while the legislature is in session." So then why have legislatures?

You solve tyranny by helping people understand that majority rule vote is never justification for forcing everyone to do anything and everything.

But if you think about it, 51% vs. 49% is not a consensus of to the people. It is a division of the people. It doesn't get much more divided than 51 vs 49.

51% vs 49% is no different than one person bullying and pushing another person around. 66% vs 34% is no different than two people bullying and pushing one person around.

We elect representatives using majority rule, and those representatives can use majority rule to decide which products and services to offer the people, but government should NEVER use majority rule to force anyone to pay for, support or use a service or product.

People have a God given right to decide, at the individual level, using their own free agency, as to whether or not they want to use or support a government service or product.

A truly free society, with a truly free market. What is freedom? The absence of State coercion. How do you get rid of State coercion? You get rid of the State.

This requires a complete collapse and restructure.

Although the premise is admirable. The desired result would require a completely different underlying foundation to be able to ferment such an idea in the current system.
