Hello NOSTR / Nostriches

My wife and I are both teachers and this year in August 2023 we are starting a Christian School in Arusha, Tanzania.

We love #Nostr and #Bitcoin and we would love to connect with other teachers, educators, home school parents, those interested in education / curriculum etc… and expose ourselves to conversations, opinions and ideas beyond our domestic boundaries of Tanzania.

First of all, explain the history. When properly explained, people should understand how big of a deal it is. Seperation of mony and state is happening for the very first time in history. For the first time in thousands of years of society. This is how big of a deal it is.

No, history of money and society.

When explained right, bitcoin can be fascinating for teachers from:

Economics - free market

Biology - network effects, rule without rulers

Math - the protocol uses math

PE - Proof of Work aspect

History - Bitcoin is a milestone

Geography - Bitcoins neutality influences politics

IT - Digital software
