Twitter would become a PayPal or Cash App, etc. if they did so. Required to send 1099Ks, be responsible for what payments were used for, involved in payment disputes, refunds, etc. Huge nix that yuge liability.

Nostr however DGAF, who you gonna issue a summons to? A cease and desist to?

The answer is no one! Who are you going to serve a warrant on? Who's HQ are you gonna raid with the IRS or EU equivalent? Again the answer is no one.

Who are people going to sue? Etc. Who you gonna put in prison for double life plus 20 over zero victim crimes? Again, no one.

To much control with twitter, I really think there trying to shutdown TicTok as they can’t control the narrative and money like they can with twitter, Facebook etc.

I think Elon wants to do it but then again as you said the man is going to get his money and he can’t get it easy here.
