Muting, well ok. But who to report? It's NOSTR. What authority should anybody report? Are there already spam report services, maybe even commercial ones? Would embrace.
But I really thought it's like uncensoroable.
Report is just another nostr event kind. Clients and relays can use them as they see fit.

Sorry I am just using it, it's still too small, I didn't have to 'report' anything till now.

When I'm thinking about following someone, I go look at their reports, first.
Well, duh. If people I'm following and interact with regularly have written "imposter" or "violence" or whatever, I'm going to scrutinize the account more.
Manage to avoid some very unsavory characters, that way.
Feels like my bros are looking out for me 🫂 and I ALWAYS regret ignoring their reports. Always.
The reports don't censor. They're a flag and users, relays and clients can ignore them or react to them, as they like.
