Can someone explain why when I search & only when I search do I see some of my notes are coming up with "suggests a proposal" then it has my note quoted & it says at the bottom accept the suggestion.

Why is there a suggestion of proposal on my note?

Ya just weird you don't get any notification about it I only saw it because I was searching for something & one of my notes came up in the search results. I don't see this anywhere else.
