I started more than a year ago. I follow the 8 hr eating window. 16 hr fast. No refined sugar, mostly. I mostly only eat beef 1-2 servings. From ground beef to beef jerky. Finally, drink a shit ton of water and at least 2 beers a day.
Almost zero veggies. I feel like a lean bike riding machine.
