Didn’t get regular amount of 🛌 last night so adjusting workout 🏋️ intensity.
I’ve found having different levels of intensity, especially in a lower level intensity is very beneficial to keep your consistency but avoid injuries and many come from overuse or under recovered.

Zone 2 training has Ben proven to have results. Do some research on it. That’s part of my new 8 week program.
