any app to crosspost to Twitter and Nostr? stuff like buffer/fedica, etc.. work for Bluesky and Twitter, but I want to keep posting here without sacrificing other socials (yet, at least).

I know there's that thing by Rabble that crossposts your posts to Twitter, but I don't really want that.. 😅
