Doesn't really change much, arch does have a lot of cool community things though, I would highly recommend, KDE plasma as a GUI on any of those distros.

Yeah, the whole system is built on top of a hypervisor instead of a kernel. Unfortunately because of their threat model, their GPU support is abyssmal.
