I shop at lidl because its closer, but Aldi has the edge product quality/taste wise 👍🏻

But i cook a lot so use local producers for meat and eggs.

Haven't been to either since Pre pandemic.

I always liked Lidl range, like everything was a euro as well lol

Thats a good point, here they do a good range of grass fed british beef products i buy occasionally.

Not sure if it meets my standard of grass fed, but it's a start..

I have a similar experience

One reason to visit Europe again. Can't think of anything else that'll get me as excited about Europe rn as a retail experience in a Lidl
