Good day Nostrich fam!

This morning was a stereotypical spring morning in the #KeystoneState.

Some might call it wet and muddy, I call it fresh and clean.

Due to the slippery mud, we avoided the trails and stuck to the blacktop (less we break or twist ankles...no bueno!), but got a pretty fast #5k+ logged for breakfast.

To those who ran the #LondonMarathon (last night my time) way to git err dun gladiators.
