That's basically why everything is how it is. Everyone thinks that they cannot make a change. They fear people showing them that change is possible. They need to build a wall around them. They build it to stay in their comfort zone. Not realising that it is getting more and more uncomfortable in that zone, but hey there are still more people in that zone... So. Who cares, right?
