I have noticed EXACTLY that.
The weak are only loud when they
A) know there are 0 consequences to their actions which is impossible here on nostr because they can block individuals but everyone else can still see what you say about them.
B) have an omnipotent overlord that will censor those they dislike or step outside of the approved narrative.
