I wish someone online could teach me how to build a decent solar panel. The city cuts back every summer & then gives a higher rate saying we're using it more. If the power's cut back 50% how we using it more I believe were taking longer to get our average wattage. The electric companies are crooks they just raised the price bullshit!

If I could make a solar panel then a battery pack that would be a start!

My brother bought cheap solar cells of alibaba and made panels himself, I'm sure there are videos for that.

Yeah he probably should. He does all his own building, makes aquaponics systems, he's handy, I might tell him to do it.
