You do not see a hit. That is not a fair description of that video at all. IMO.
It may indicate a hit, but it is not conclusive. Saying it is in disingenuous.
Until I see something else that is better evidence, if I was sitting in a jury and presented what I wrote and this video you linked to, I would conclude the same thing.

I conclude that it isn't conclusive. It is suggestive. That's not a high enough standard to say beyond a shadow of a doubt. I've got no dog in this fight. I'm just looking things tubs seem legit and pertinent. This particular video is important and seems legit, but it isn't comprehensive and definitive. I wish it was. Truly.
