a) cycling / rowing, anything that elevates your breathing and heart rate for a period of time, breaking a sweat

b) mindless gaming, i enjoy aRPG's

Really anything that's the exact opposite of intricate thinking. But then once you're out you might ask how to get back to where you were, feels the same to me.

If you're sprinting I find it best to sprint and then relax for months.
