Is test flight full?

Sorry my question was unrelated to push notifications (I keep all notifications off)
Testflight shouldn’t be close to full, since we only have around 300 active subscribers
What’s the process to get into it? I tried the link on website and says it’s full

You have access to TestFlight with purple anytime but right now AppStore is the same. New TestFlight coming in 2 weeks with major design improvements so can’t wait for you to see it!
Only purple subscribers get access to TF now
