I’ve tried many times to honor my 17.5% Irish heritage by cooking brisket etc and yes, the food was good, but it didn’t make my food blog

I can’t eat so much salt, so I stopped making brine-cured corned beef and just make brisket now. They are similar cuts of beef and both make outstanding breakfast hash

In America, it’s called corned beef brisket
