I didn't have issues getting responses for the few overseas jobs I applied to however so it's strictly an American thing.
I had a friend who worked at indeed and apparently it was no secret that they were filtering whites. They had more than a few meetings talking about how to avoid lawsuits if anybody found out.

If that's the case, then it might present white people a realistic opportunity to perform the biggest white flight: the flight away from America.
