There's an area in the Joshua Tree National Forest that's like a 50 foot across water slide. It's the sandstone being smoothed out over the eons, just like that area in Arizona.. We're talking like a have pipe in some areas. You can see it winding along up the hills and off into the mountains. Beautiful as can be, but deadly from time to time..
