Today I got to talk to 2 hoomans and they both directed me to the bot. Even though the issue was bot malfunction. It’s like real life idiocracy.

It is hard to tell in general. It totally depends on the company or service. There are more opportunities today for a great costumer service than any time inlthe past. But with products where costumers just do not want to pay costumer service it is kind of logic that it will not be greate.
