Anything over 20 MB, is going to half to be paid for , in order to post it on nostr. You could stream it perhaps by screen capturing it on your computer with obs or prism. That would require funding your zapstream account, but at a lesser cost than the former way.

Nostr.build & primal both go up to 100 MB now. Compress the video and you can do a lot with that amount.

Oh if you have an account you're set. Just upload, in a supported client your limit will be way higher. You can also upload on the Nostr.build site and it has automatic media optimization. If it's just audio it shouldn't be very large anyways.
