With Teeth and Year Zero were both good. Ghosts I-IV has some good tracks too, all instrumentals. I'm not as familiar with his latest stuff.

Also worth checking out The Inevitable Rise and Liberation of NiggyTardust! By Saul Williams, which was a collaboration with Trent Reznor.
