- upgraded VM mem/cpu specs (lots of users on milou now) ✅

- upgraded nostream relay instance ✅

- fixed invoices issue for new payees ✅

### working on

- introduce ddos protection through cloudflare 🔄

someone really wanted milou relay down last 2 days... i'm almost all done. bear with me
