Actually, you are the one who made the statement, Cowanon. With your meme.
If a man's "six pack" is your definition of health, then you win. Plenty of non- meat-eaters have them, though, if they make exercise a large part of their lives. As for myself, I was always slender but strong up to about 50, never went to a single gym or played a single sport, but hiked a lot and felt great. I still feel great, while plenty of meat-eating friends in my same age group definitely do not. Since then, I'm still strong but a little portly, but with plenty of energy to do everything I need to do in my profession (working about 60 hours a week), keep up with my 33-years-younger wife, go on five-mile hikes several times a week with my family, lift my 50-lb.-plus children high in the air many times a day and carry them where needs be, and I take no medications whatsoever.
Why are you so emotional about this, even telling me to "fuck off"? I have nothing but respect for almost all of the posts I've read from you, and consider you a good person. I don't mind if your dietary choices are different from mine, nor do I think that dietary choices should be some kind of touchstone for participation in efforts to save our race.
