Are there any miners that accept payment in Lightning (out of band) to include your tx in a block?

To “speed up” your tx.

Eg multisig with distributed keys, on the last signature fees spike, now you have to either RBF (but then need new sigs) OR just pay a miner out of band with LN

These are dirty deals done not advertised or put on Nostr or Twitter. But the answer is yes if you’ll pay enough and know who to talk to.
