Protonvpn tende a ser bastante bom. Versão gratuita também funciona bem.
Em linux é sempre preciso ligar novamente após suspender o portátil, de resto é sem espinhas.
Muito obrigado. Ainda estou a pensar: Proton ou Mullvad.
