You can if you have your Xbox configures for “Instant On” by using the remote play feature of the Xbox app. You can also do this from your phone.

Yeah, this is not something you’re going to be able to troubleshoot remotely. Have you used remote play before?

You might try using a vpn to get past your hotel’s network.
