I'm ashamed to say I never gave it a chance until my 20s my favorites are TNG and DS9. I've watched them many times and they're my go to watch series (along with the Stargate series) and I made this for a friend and want to make one for myself...

No, it's a scarf. I'm guessing you could starch the heck out of it and it would be stiff. Or maybe if you ran wire through the edges.
