This is already the gist of it. It is factually true. And the claim that you can prove something that doesn't occur (e.g. that someone would have bought a streaming subscription instead of torrenting a show) is obviously false.

Also, AI companies don't sell the product that may have had artificial IP on it. Similarly, you yourself are also allowed to read a book in a library, or any public website, and then synthesize your newfound knowledge and ideas into any other product you create.
