Had them first time yesterday from the market. Expensive AF here, but soo nice. Gonna have some more tomorrow.
They definitely have a different texture and flavour to other types of mushrooms. They also sell growing kits at the market so I’ll have to try growing them some time. I think they would be an interesting mushroom to watch growing.
