Thank you, dear. You obviously know a thing or two about body building. I sleep pretty good right now. Though was definitely experiencing waves of disturbed circadian rhythm on and off the last few months. I really love my good sleep. .

How many days a week is the best work out rhythm and what about rest?

I would recommend weight lifting twice a week when you are getting started. Keep active on the off days with walking,stretching and or yoga. Keep this going for a month or 2 and increase if desired. You may get very sore the first 2 weeks but your body will soon adapt!
