If I ever witness a single image or video of child pornography, I’m 100% reporting it to the FEDERAL authorities. I’m in another country so it’s definitely crossed state lines. This is a federal crime. I’m reporting where I saw it, the time/date, app, developer, and anything else I can give to authorities.
