we only have to look at everything non-judgmentally. we are more than the light, we are light. darkness is the denial of what we really are. pain is impossible when we completely accept our true reality as spirit & pure light.

the thought system i subscribe to — pure non-dualism— is not shared by many and is perceived as quite radical so i dont expect anyone to follow or believe in it. it takes many years of practice to make it stick.
