I've made the repo public on GitHub, so that people can see it, but we're only going to interact with it over Nostr. No GitHub issues or anything like that.

Decided to go with this new repo because it's "virgin territory", public, and will contain PlantUML code and documents, but no product code.
So, it'll have frequent changes, but it won't be critical, if we make a mess of things, and it isn't just test data. Seems like a good fit.
