In the 80s the market still operated on fundamentals. We left that completely behind in the years since with free money during the dotcom and housing eras.

Lol 100%, now its just narratives and hot potato, guess where the cash flows go and if you generate enough in your favour you get added to some ETF and get constant bids for your stock
