I found out last year that the bug spreadsheet with workaround tips and warnings of what not to do to avoid crash to desktop on a piece of oilfield software was still doing the rounds and getting updated. I first came across it in 2009 I think. It’s reasonable though. The package ONLY costs around 70,000 dollars per year. Hard to know how they pay the devs really!
