Definitely. And sleep better, that's my big problem.

I feel sleepy all day, then around 9pm my brain switches on and won’t let me sleep. 🫂

I see. Sometimes I have this too. Regularity is the key for me. When I go to bed at 22:00 latest every day after 3 weeks it becomes a habit and body gets use to it. But then when I'm fine I work to the midnight and after a while I feel tired during the day again.

They say it takes 3weeks to form a habit. I kind of live 2 lives, in one of them I have decent rhythm, the other lacks structure we’ll say.

I struggle to form a rhythm… one of the lives is a fair amount of work so I rest a lot during the other
