So the next time a submersible implodes 2 mile underwater, with thrill seeking billionaires on board, we're all going to understand the rules of decorum, yes? It's always too soon for jokes, right?

I say, write a special tax on those five billionaires to take all their money to fund scholarships in risk assessment.
