The local township primary school, where The Surfer Kids has been recruiting kids from since 2014, now has a new sign above the main entrance.

After mounting the below sign, here's the message we received from the principal:

"Miss Williams [our resident Bitcoin Diploma teacher] and your team, please express my words of gratitude to Bitcoin Ekasi and The Surfer Kids for this donation. On behalf of the school, I wish to thank you guys.

You took us from a Coca-Cola board to a real school signboard.

[Prior to this, at the school entrance, its name was displayed a typical Coca-Cola advertising board.]

Thank you very much and we are proud of you. We humble ourselves in front of you and we are looking forward to work with you guys educating us about Bitcoin moving forward. Please arrange to continue sessions with the teachers, one-on-one, in 2025.

We're interested in learning how we can use Bitcoin as a school organization.
