Too much power to decide the lower courts can't stop the administrator of the administrative branch from directing the people who work for him?
No, it sounds about right.

Yeah, Supreme Court should be able to overrule lower federal courts, I get that, I am just wary of 5 of 9 fallible people at the Supreme level having too much power. I want more decentralized power at the state level, and the ability to impeach any judges that rule based on politics or social agenda vs the plain letter of the law.
Everyone seems so worried right now about people having too much power when the permanent govt bureaucrats have already had too much power for 50 years. I honestly don't get the mindset.
I don't disagree. People tell me the solution to issues in Congress is term limits. My reply, we have term limits... they're called elections. individual districts could elect someone else but they don't. Even if they did, and you have a new Congressman every 4 ears, you would still have a bureaucratic class or a staff that would linger. They would be in power, the real power behind throne, for decades. and living in the shadows. Far more dangerous. Still, anything that takes power away from the centralized government in DC and returns it to the states or local authorities, is okay with me.
Problem: election are fake
Many people are installed
In states with no voter ID almost all are imstalled
