just tested to send in and out and it worked for me haven't got LBTC yet
I have L-BTC. Seems there is problem decoding invoices of Phoenix Wallet. Was able to send successfully to nostr:npub1hcwcj72tlyk7thtyc8nq763vwrq5p2avnyeyrrlwxrzuvdl7j3usj4h9rq .
