The only way humans should be acquiring meat is via a fair hunt. I use a compound bow to kill a mature deer that I have been scouting for at least a year (starting the year prior) and a whole deer can last me a year or more if preserved properly. This shit is absolutely monstrous and has zero dignity for the animal or human. I'm so sorry our species has become such a convenience centered society that it's come at the cost of disregarding all other forms of life.
