shallots & blue cheese on steak, maybe a couple chicken livers on the side. hard to beat!

i can side with you on the shallots. but can’t get past the damn bleu cheese.

Don’t church it up. Little kosher salt & pepper and that’s it. Steak is best when it tastes like steak.
