Can Nostr be used as a private communication platform for a group of people? Assuming at least one member of the group (ideally more) has their own relay and everyone in the group connects with a client (like Primal) to this single relay. Could this work, or is this a completely impractical idea? What are the risks? What if someone connects to another relay - will the whole past communication become public?
