You go there and it will list all the people you unfollowed and then you can wait for the checkmark boxes to load or select all, click it, and re-add. Kind of easy. If I can do it, you can do it. Other than that, I don't know the techy part. I just see a list appear when my key extension authorizes it.

What do you enter before clicking connect? Neither of the options make sense to me. User@provider? Is that email or Nostr contact?
hold on let me see on my phone what is looks like, because on my desktop it just automatically pops open my extension and i hit ok...
Thanks. I just noticed I have nothing entered in my nostr address on Damus. Perhaps that is what they want. I’ll try yours. 🤔
i can't do it on my phone, i dont know how to login, i tried creating a bunker thing and entering that info but i am not sure if I have to add a relay to this bunker thing...that is a little out of my realm of knowledge. asking nostr about how to use it might provide better insight
